By downloading, installing, or using Dripp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dripp is a hydration tracking application that helps users monitor their daily water intake. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Dripp is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Your hydration data is stored securely in our cloud database. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the App settings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App; (d) reverse engineer or decompile the App.
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions ("Pro"). Payment is processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dripp does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dripp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
